Enabled the platform migration of thousands of pages of from Drupal to Adobe Experience Manager by creating 35 new website page templates using a selection of over 50 components. This included stakeholder and competitive research, audits, defining context specific functions and purpose, component selection and modification, platform testing, specification documentation, production guidance and visual expression recommendations.
Created an automated solution for branded leadspace illustration generation to accommodate hundreds of software product experiences slated for auto-migration with no design resource allocation. This included definition, discovery, and solution prioritization, illustration library development and data mapping plan, platform testing, and front end development design support.
Built and maintained the AEM documentation site for IBM.com, crafting tools, and tutorials to educate and guide page authors and designers as they create new pages and edit content. This included content development, building and maintaining live pages in markdown, creating Figma templates, tools, and tutorials and enablement sessions to support client-side Github site maintenance.
Contributed to the development of consistent product image representation across IBM through the Product Imagery Guild. This included co-chairing weekly style exploration reviews, monthly discussions, use case and style audits, platform testing, codifying terminology definitions and recommendations for cross channel distribution, creating design production templates, and building Github documentation site pages to ensure consistent application of design system recommendations.
Developed a visual expression framework to support design resources with research, resources, tools, prompts and questions to inform creative decision making aligned to Carbon Design System standards on IBM.com. This included an IBM.com visual expression audit, defining page type and page level purpose and function, recommendations, drafting definitions for new terminology and concepts to improve adoption, and building Github documentation pages.
